Some Interesting Observations:
  • The municipalities in COK have a Regional Dist tax bill of $8,611,980 which is 9.55% of their municipal tax bill.
  • The municipalities in NOK have a Regional Dist tax bill of $11,350,543 which is 37.31% of their municipal tax bill.
  • The municipalities in OKS have a Regional Dist tax bill of $3,518,569 which is 11.23% of their municipal tax bill.
  • The municipalities in COK have 97.5% of the population of their region with Kelowna and Westside accounting for 88%.
  • The municipalities in NOK have 80% of the population of their region with Vernon and Coldstream accounting for 61%.
  • The municipalities in OKS have 72% of the population of their region with Penticton and Smmerland accounting for 55%.
  • The municipalities in COK have 98% of the areas property assessments with Kelowna and Westside accounting for 88%.
  • The municipalities in NOK have 78% of the areas property assessments with Vernon and Coldstream accounting for 63%.
  • The municipalities in OKS have 70% of the areas property assessments with Penticton and Summerland accounting for 53%.
