Taxpayers Association to Appear at Council

Vernon's proposed civic complex will be front and centre at today's city council meeting.The Vernon Taxpayers Association will appear as a delegation to ask some questions about the
upcoming referendum.Mayor Wayne Lippert is making it clear, the building's fate depends on the January 26-th vote."If this referendum fails then this project will be scrapped. We will allow the Okanagan Regional Library to go and build someplace else."
