2008 CONFERENCE:
Making Smart Growth Happen: From Policy to Practice, April 18th, 2008
This event will focus on highlighting the most successful smart growth tools and strategies for getting from principles to action. The keynote speaker is Parris N. Glendening, former Governor of Maryland and the current President of the Smart Growth Leadership Institute. Our Smart Growth Awards will be handed out during a special luncheon ceremony.

Where is the award for "dumb growth" In case you have not noticed there are quite a number including the mayor and most councillors that would win the award.
