THAT Council postpones the Public Hearing set for Monday, July 14th, 2008, for consideration of the “Zoning ‘Slot Machine Limit’ Text Amendment Bylaw number 5144, 2008”, pending further information in regards to limiting slots to one location within the City and amending the Bylaw accordingly prior to public hearing.
  

• ADOPTION B. THAT Bylaw #5152, “Tax Rates (Due Date) Amendment Bylaw Number 5152, 2008, - a bylaw to remove reference to a Tax Due Date, be adopted.
