Hesperia Report Not on Council Agenda for Monday?

Missing from this weeks agenda at Vernon City Council are two items:

• Quarterly Grants report from Grants and PR officer on outstanding Grants and their status. Last report was the initial Report that covered up to the end of March /08.
• Hesperia Report from Coun. Cunningham that was scheduled for the last council meeting. There is no indication whether the Appraisal Report of these 69 acres will be released to the public.
  

I have an FOI submitted on Sept 9 for the following information:

• 1. The $3,000,000 appraisal referred to in the proposed resolution of Apr 14,2008 "And WHEREAS the City has transferred the Land to Hesperia for $3,000,000, being fair market value according to a certified appraisal; "
  
• 2. The appraisal (unknown value) that has been given to all Council members and to Hesperia and is the subject of the debate at an upcoming Hesperia meeting of whether it will be released to the public.
• 3.The public notice on the disposal of the land which will give the "the nature and, if applicable, the term of the proposed disposition; and (d) the consideration to be received by the municipality for the disposition. Section 26(3) http://www.qp.gov.bc.ca/statreg/stat/C/03026_03.htm#section26
