THAT the report from the Director of Financial Administration, dated November 4, 2008, regarding District of Coldstream 2009 Proposed budget, be received;
AND THAT an Open House be held on the proposed 2009 Budget for public input on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
