Rate of Pay: $60,751.48 - $71,472.33 Annual Salary Range
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Reporting to the Fire Chief, Fire-Rescue Services, and under the direction of the Vernon/Coldstream Emergency Planning Policy Group and Emergency Planning Working Group, this position is responsible for the designing, developing and implementing all aspects of the City’s Emergency Management Program to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and in accordance with community needs. This position responds to emergencies to support first responders or multi-agency response events requiring Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or Emergency Social Services (ESS) support.
