North Okanagan Mounties are warning about a scam many residents have been receiving in the mail. RCMP spokesman Gord Molendyk says potential victims receive an invoice for a skin product called "Silkies" which they never actually received. He says if you didn't order the product, don't pay for it. Molendyk says the letter tells potential victims they've been receiving free samples and now it's time to pay the 29.95 for the full product. Molendyk says police want people to be well aware of the latest scam to hit our area.
