Public invited to HST rally

Morning Star:

Opponents to the harmonized sales tax are taking their fight public. A rally against the HST will be held in front of the Vernon courthouse Saturday at noon. “The rally is being held at the same time as at least 13 other rallies are being held throughout B.C.,” said Miles Lehn, the local organizer .Lehn will speak on behalf of the B.C. Conservatives and other speakers are scheduled to attend.“An address from Bill Vander Zalm will also be read,” said Lehn of the former premier. For more information about the event, call 545-4350

Strange how Allen is speaking at this rally but the Green Party refused an invitation to speak at the Vancouver rally....

Because the Green Party supports the HST, albeit at a lower rate. What is going on, I wonder?

Allen never does miss an opportunity to hear the sound of her own voice. Can't wait tp hear her explain how her party is against the Liberal HST but in favour of their own.
