The preferred candidate will be a Professional Engineer with an engineering degree in civil or municipal engineering, plus at least three years experience, preferably within a municipal setting. He or she will have knowledge of the principles and practices of civil engineering as applied to the design, construction and maintenance of municipal engineering projects and services. The preferred candidate will be articulate and possess impeccable report-writing skills. In addition to strong communication skills, the candidate will have demonstrated supervisory and management experience.
