Giant plasma screen for city hall?

On Monday, City Council will be asked to approve about $300,000 in additional funds to buy and install audio-visual, video conferencing and technical equipment for staff on the fourth floor. The request also includes a 103-inch plasma screen TV to view presentations, at a cost of $85,000.
