City of Vernon staff present the public with a final draft of the plan for the Hesperia Lands off Okanagan Avenue.An open house is being held at Paddlewheel Park Hall beginning at five p-m Wednesday. Counsellor Mary-Jo O'Keefe says it's a last chance for the public to have their say. The city wants ``attainable'' housing in the mix on the 28-hectare site. O'Keefe says she is pleased the plan shows plenty of pathways and green space.
