Multiple mechanical inspections will be done after four were involved in a pileup along highway 97 at Duck Lake yesterday afternoon. RCMP say about 3:30 a northbound Lexis crossed the centre line from the fast lane and clipped the drivers side rear wheel of a horse trailer. A wheel was knocked off the trailer, and the Lexus spun further into the southbound lanes, being hit by two oncoming vwehicles including a sedan and a mini van. The driver of the sedan, a man, alone in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. Others, including the 17 year old male driving the lexis, were taken to hospital with undetermined injuries. Police say the road was bare and dry, and visibility was good at the time. They've also ruled out alcohol as a factor. The road was totaly closed for some time
