IOC monitoring Christmas Carols for Trademark Infringement ?

On the fifth day of Christmas,
my true love sent to me
Five golden rings,
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two turtle doves,
And a partridge in a pear tree.

In a stunning public relation gaffe the IOC (International Olympic Committee) has decided to ask leave of the Supreme Court of Canada to issue an immediate ban on the use of the words "Five golden rings" in the carol The Twelve Days of Christmas. The committee will naturally be asking that anyone caught using these words when singing this carol during this Christmas season will be severely fined. (The money collected will help pay off the expected Olympic Deficit. ) There is no word whether the Canadian Supreme Court will accept the case as it is on its annual four month Canadian Government Sabbatical.
