Okanagan Valley mayors are meeting in West Kelowna today. Vernon Mayor Wayne Lippert says topics up for discussion include the policing costs, efforts to expand the bus service between Vernon and UBC-O and economic opportunities. The Okanagan hosted a big economic-tourism event at a Vancouver Olympics venue last week.
