DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page.
When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)

How come: - Kelowna and communities south of us aren't in this situation - what's happened with Antwerp Springs customers, are they back on-line or are the reservoir demands increased due to that incident (and if so thanks to you farmers that contributed to the contamination making the rest of us suffer water restrictions) - how did our reservoirs get so low, surely Al Cottsworth and the RDNO Engineers must have heard the low precip predictions for the winter last fall like the rest of us. Why was alternate sources (wells topping up reservoirs)not considered earlier - if you can use a water hauler to fill a pool, where are they getting the water to haul (usually the City Yards - the same bloody water in out tap)
MORE QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ASKED! Quit blaming low snowback for all of this!!!!
