The final 2009 annual report will be adopted June 14, 2009 and will be available both online and in Print Format at the meeting.The Annual report referred to on the City's website (below) is the unadopted version but does serve as a good sneak preview of the final report.

Nice sneak preview!
I noted with interest the objectives listed under "Collaboration with other Local Governments", which include completion of "regional governance review" and "water service arbitration & devolution".
Interesting graph on Page 84 of FTE's per 1,000 population shows that as the City's population grew 7.6% from 2005 to 2009, the City's workforce grew 41.5%. Wow!
On the lighter side, check the caption at the top of Page 19 for "Invasive Pant Enforcement". Apparently these pants are so invasive, workers can only wear shorts!
