A body has been found in the Ottawa River behind the official prime minister's residence in Ottawa. A canoeist called police after spotting the body floating in the water just after 7 a.m. ET Friday, some distance from the shore near 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa police said.Police have since pulled the body from the river.
