DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page.
When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)

Conditions continue to improve at the Duteau Creek reservoir.

I believe I can quote Mike McNabb from the Morning Star....."We would need rainfall of Noahs Ark proportions to fill the reservoirs this year". Mike we did not have a global flood this year, although that would have done more damage than good. What we did have was slightly above average rainfall this spring and that has taken us from a dire situation to nearly average. Again this tells me that the storage capacity is too small and needs to be greatly increased so we can weather a really dry year, or succession of years....
