It's another step forward for a new Vernon library. City councillor and lirary board member Shawn Lee, says the Burnaby company 'Task Construction Management' has been selected as the project manager. The plan is to have the new 11 million dollar branch, across from the Tolko building, completed in 2013. Lee says the 11 million dollar project will proceed regardless of the process underway at NORD. Task has a reputation of breaking projects into smaller pieces, allowing local people to participate in the construction.
