U.S. judge rules against Obama administration's deepwater drilling ban

NEW ORLEANS — A U.S. judge on Tuesday blocked the Obama administration's six-month ban on deepwater drilling, complicating its efforts to improve the safety of offshore oil operations after the worst spill in U.S. history.
