When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)

Latest Duteau Creek Reservoir level -- September 13, 2010.
Coldstreamer Synopsis: Reservoir level is very satisfactory. Daily consumption is dropping rapidly and as of today irrigation shut off commenced further reducing water demand. We should be in good shape at the start of next year.
