Former Vernon Mayor Wayne McGrath remains at the helm of the BC Conservatives. McGrath was re-elected at a weekend convention. McGrath told t he 200 delegates the party won't participate in any recall campaigns, but should any be successful, they will be ready to field a candidate in a by-election.
