The Okanagan Basin Water Board have submitted a proposal to fund a study they believe will help determine the exact cost of water and irrigated lands in the Okanagan. The study will also investigate the possibility of an agricultural water reserve in the Okanagan. The OBWB will invest 50-thousand dollars, and have submitted a proposal to the Agri-Food Canada's Innovative Approaches Program, asking for 1.6 million dollars for the study.

When will it end-study after study after study and no results of any value
Does the $1.6 million dollars come on top of the $500,000 to fund a chair at UBCOC as well.
Is there nothing that the OBWB has a fiscal conscience regarding the public udder.
Perhaps OKWB Con would be a better discription of their operations.
