Diane Watts is out - Local darkhorse to enter ?

Diane Watts is formally out of the BC Liberal Leadership Race.
This leaves more people that have been confirmed to be out of the leadership race:
John Furlong
Barry Penner (“I am running…running away from the idea of seeking the leadership.”)
Carole Taylor (SFU Chancellor)
Diane Watts (Mayor of Surrey)
This eliminates most outsiders other than long shots like Keith Martin and James Moore.
In other news, apparently the entry fee for the leadership will be $25,000 and the spending limit will be $450,000 per candidate.
