Driving Regs Could Still Change - Unintended Consequences

Vernon-Monashee MLA Eric Foster believes some public education may help end some of the concern over the new drink-driving regulations. Foster met with about 30 restaurant pub owners in Vernon last month, all of them concerned by the downturn in business, which he says was an unintended consequence.  Foster says he wasn't the only MLA to return to Victoria to pass on those concerns to Public Safety Minister Rich Coleman. Foster says it's not true that one drink at dinner will put most people over the limit. He also says vehicles do not need to be towed if they are parked legally or someone else is there to drive them home.  Foster says if that doesn't help, the minister will take it further.

Yeah, like the HST on restaurant bills killing their business was an intended consequence?????
The real problem here is the jackasses making the decisions fail to think things through before they jerk their knees.

Foster does not know what he is talking about. Recall him as soon as possible
