Initial Notice of Nominating Convention
Date: January 30th, 2011  Registration Opens: 2.00pm Meeting Begins: 2.30pm
Location: Odd Fellows Hall, 3404 Wood Ave, Armstrong, BC
Purpose: Nominating a candidate to represent the Okanagan Shuswap NDP in the next general election.
Applications for Candidacy for Nomination: A member who wishes to stand for the nomination must provide written and signed notice of her or his intent and willingness to the riding association president and deposit a copy at the BC Federal Office. This notice of intent must include the written and signed consent to nomination of two (2) members in good standing of the riding association who are eligible to participate in the nominating Convention. Additional requirements for potential candidates for nomination have been set by the Provincial Executive and National Election Planning Committee.

The deadline to file a notice of intent to seek the nomination with all appropriate individuals is 5:00 PM on January 5, 2011.
