There's one change at the top of the North Okanagan Regional District board. While Herman Halvorsen of Area F (rural Enderby) was returned by acclamation as chair, the incumbent vice chair Patrick Nicol of Vernon, did not run. Rural Lumby, Area D director Rick Fairbairn
(pictured) was elected to that position by acclamation.
