Coldstream council is continuing it's efforts to straighten up the regional parks system.
Mayor Jim Garlick (pictured) says they've made another move. "What we're looking at is, what we will need to do to go through withdrawal (from the service), so a notice of withdrawal would have to be put in, and we want to get all that information sorted out."Garlick says the notice of withdrawl will be filed, and they hope to have both the province and NORD review the function. Area C director Mike Macnabb is also considering a motion to withdraw. Macnabb's call to 'wind down' the parks recreation and culture service was defeated by the NORD board last week
