5. Water Rates Ad Hoc Committee

The District of Coldstream Council has passed a motion regarding the formation of a water utility cost recovery committee and are requesting consideration by the Committee to discuss and research the formation of a Utility Cost Recovery Model that would be implemented in 2012 include using taxation, base rates, user fees and other cost recovery options as well as conservation incentives.
