Okanagan/Thompson/Shuswap Comparision of 2010 Water Rates

 The Chart on left is produced from the GVSC water handout at the last GVSC meeting augmented by the calculated 2011 rates that will be incurred by Greater Vernon Water customers (Average Residential and Agricultural) under the 3 different scenarios under debate.

As you can see Greater Vernon will go from the 6th highest in 2010 to the 4th highest if the low option is accepted to the highest if the medium or high option is accepted.

Considerable debate should ensue when the GVSC Committee reconvenes to address this new water dilemma.
