NORD Prelim Requistion for 2011 Taxes

This is the cheat-sheet for the Prelim 2011 NORD REQUISTION that was presented at the last NORD Meeting at the open public budget section and will be adopted in early March with a few minor changes already acknowledged by the NORD treasurer.

In the case of the GVSC Parks, Multi-plex and Performing Arts function there will be an examination of the reserves being presently built up. Indications from an analysis done by Coun. Doug Dirk of Coldstream and given to NORD staff are that there is an excess of reserves in the Parks and Multi-use facility and a small deficit in the Performing Arts Function.  This will be the subject of debate on whether to reduce the requisition further as the required reserves for operating and sustaining capital reserves are already at the required level.
