31ST AVENUE 2011 CAPITAL WORKS REVITALIZATION COSTS AND LSA SHARE (5410-10-31 AVE) Council reviewed the memo dated March 4, 2011, from Mr. Mark Dowhaniuk, Infrastructure Engineer regarding 31st Avenue 2011 Capital Works Revitalization Costs and Local Service Area Share and generally supported the direction outlined by staff.
No official vote was taken to approve the costs of the work that will be transferred from the LSA property owners to the taxpayers or formally approving the voting question or the eligible voters for the LSA. This report will have to be debated and voted on again. The source of funds will also have to be approved.
