This is a sad case.

Perhaps the skate boarders that use Silver Star road in the spring will take notice of this tragic accident, as they pose a serious problem for drivers in the Foothills and Tillicum area.

Condolences to the family, we were very shortly after the accident. There were competent people on the scene very very quickly doing all they could. Rest assured he had help almost instantly. The young short haired blonde woman running around shrieking at drivers, confusing the situation with traffic didn't help at all. I am sure the objective would be to get people away as soon as possible, not cause a total scene. There was an open lane even when the ambulance had arrived. The more people at the scene, the more the risk to the victim in many ways.
