DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page. When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)

Nicol wants road follow-up
“Elimination of all parking is too great a disruption, particularly given that the neighbourhood density that is made allowable by city hall.” Some city officials are defending the work on 20th Street. Coun. Jack Gilroy says the changes were implemented after meetings with Harwood Elementary School. “People with kids wanted safety improvements on 20th Street because it was a speedway,” he said. “I’ve had calls and people are happy with 20th Street. People who aren’t happy are the ones who can’t park on the street any more.”

"People with kids wanted safety", as Jack Gilroy states, when in fact the majority of speeders in this area are Mother's taking or picking up their kids.
How many speeders-what a lame excuse for this road works. Gilroy is the expert again!
