On May 20 at 11:08 a.m., a scooter operator on Victoria Road South near Main Street suddenly left the sidewalk without looking. The driver of a truck stopped to avoid hitting the scooter, but was rear-ended by a Pontiac Firefly. There were no injuries. The operator of the scooter was not located.
