Don Quixote Note: This is the start of the formulation of a water pricing rate structure for the upcoming years. It will be up to the GVAC to come up with a pricing policy that will be supported by Colstream, Area B & C , Vernon and the Agricultural Reps.

Approving the Principles (Recommendation 3) for consideration does not imply that they will be an integral part of the final pricing formula.

There probably may be other principles that will be introduced for consideration and discussion including parcel and/or ad valorem taxes. (A Kiss favourite). An ad valorem tax (Latin for according to value) is a tax based on the value of real estate or personal property.
