Nurses at Vernon Jubilee Hospital are holding a rally at noon today to bring attention to the on-going over capacity issue at the hospital. Nurses say residents are encouraged to join them and voice their concerns about safe patient care. It's the latest in a series of Purple Ribbon Campaign rallies to encourage the government to put beds in the two shelved in flors in the new tower opening in September.
