They're already practising their moves for the big night. Ten couples involved in this year's ``Dancing with the Vernon Stars'' are hoping to raise $15-thousand for the North Okanagan Hospice Society. Greater Vernon politicians, including Jack Gilroy, have waived the one-thousand dollar fee needed to rent the Rec Centre auditorium. ``It's a huge fundraiser for the hospice house and I don't know anybody who desn't support hospice,'' says Gilroy. The big event takes place September 30th.
