New Test for Potential Municipal Candidates.

Elections B.C. (taking time off from counting HST Ballots) has recently introduced a new test that all Candidates for Local government must pass before their nomination papers are accepted in the upcoming Nov. 19 Municipal elections. To aid all potential Candidates part of the test is shown below : The answer (also shown) as given by a majority of deep thinkers (57.14%) at UBCM last year demonstrates the monumental ability of Politicians to think outside the box !
