This is a good up to date chart of the DCC's (Development Cost Charges) for the City of Vernon (Roads, Sewer and Storm Drainage) & NORD (Water & Parks). Rates are set by City of Vernon DCC Bylaw # 5233 effective March 2010, RDNO-Parks DCC Bylaw #2040 effective September, 2005 and RDNO-Water
DCC Bylaw #1983 effective December, 2004.

• The RDNO has hired a consultant who will aid the RDNO staff in changing the WATER DCC Rates in 2011.

• The PARKS DCC's which were increased by 28% + in Dec. of 2007 and were forwarded to the Province for approval were never implemented. The $800 increase for a single detached unit to $3644 remains in limbo??
• The Vernon DCC's are up to date.
