The Vernon RCMP's new phone system's crashed again. The Telus system was installed in early October and crashed twice in a span of two weeks then. At this point there's either no answer or a busy signal on the regular lines. And as before if you MUST get through to the police the answer is 9-1-1 or go to the police station in person.
