A semi truck overturned off Highway 97 Sunday late morning. The tanker was heading southbound beside the Army Camp in Vernon when it landed on its side in the ditch. Traffic is currently still able to pass around the accident, with one south-bound lane closed. Watch online and see Wednesday's Morning Star for more detail
