He says a tory government would immediately issue up to 12 hundred class C licences for farm gate sales, allowing residents to purchase poultry and meat from local producers. He says "It's time to make life easier, not harder for small business, and we can't treat livestock producers like criminals." Cummins doesn't have safety concerns about allowing more farm gate sales. The B.C.
