The Queen’s representative in B.C. will be in Vernon today.  Lt.-Gov. Judith Guichon will visit the cadets and tour the facilities at Vernon Army Cadet Summer Training Centre. After being greeted by a quarter guard on Coutts Common at 1 p.m., Guichon will observe a first aid class in the Armoury. Next, she will move to the sports field where a platoon of cadets enrolled in the fitness and sports course will demonstrate their skills. The final stop for the tour will be the music school.
