Strong Fiscal Futures
The Committee has issued its July 2013 report entitled Strong Fiscal Futures: A Blueprint for Strengthening BC Local Governments' Finance System. forms the basis of Policy Paper #1 for debate at the 2013 Convention. The Committee also produced produced four summary documents for key elements of the report:

The recommendations of the Resolutions Committee for the Section B - Part 1 resolutions were introduced as a block. This includes resolutions B1 to B61.
Included in this motion was the endorsement of the Vernon Resolution B10 on Restorative Justice:
