The District of Coldstream has filled a key position. Patricia Higgins has been hired as Director of Financial Administration effective January 13. Higgins has 22 years of municipal experience including eight years as a senior financial manager, most recently as the Director of Finance with the City of Williams Lake. Mayor Jim Garlick says he's looking forward to Higgins joining their staff to complement Coldstream's management team. "I would also like to thank Trevor Seibel for a job well done holding the positions of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the past few months," says Garlick.
