Amalgamation Referendum Results – Capital Region

Oak Bay is the only municipality that did not pass a referendum supporting the concept of amalgamation. In Victoria, Saanich, and the three municipalities on the Saanich Peninsula, the referendum questions were passed overwhelmingly. In Langford, the referendum passed by a narrow margin. (see more)
