Water Rates Bylaw effective April 1, 2016 posted online at RDNO website.

Bylaw No. 2707, being the "Greater Vernon Water Rates Imposition Bylaw No. 2707, 2016", shall take effect April 1, 2016.

Excerpts from bylaw re rates:
Commercial,Institutional and Industrial customers pay $1.58 m3,
Residential customers pay the tiered schedule starting at 79 cents m3 and increasing to $2.37 over 80 m3

All customers (including Ag.) pay a per meter charge quarterly dependent on meeter size.
(most residential customers have the $7 sized meters.

My average quarterly usage from 2015 is 35.25 m3 and my annual savings will be $25.43 if I consume the same amount of water.
