Conservative Candidate Forum CANCELLED

For immediate release August 20 2006:

Conservative Nomination Candidate Dean Skoreyko is forced to cancel the Conservative Candidate Forum August 23 at the Schubert Centre in Vernon due to the lack of participation from MP Colin Mayes and the time constraints imposed upon the Nomination Committee.

“I’m extremely disappointed that for the second time in a row, the members of our riding may not have a chance to be better informed and the opportunity to pose questions to those who wish to be their representative in the next election."

"I will still be asking the Nomination Committee for an Election Event format designed to include as much participation from our members as possible” states Skoreyko.
